Parentmail is a school-home communication and online payments system where Parents & Carers can access everything on a smartphone, tablet, or computer; Parent & Carers can even share accounts to keep up to date.

Parents & Carers can view information, respond to school requests, book on to school trips, or after-school clubs, make payments, add online digital signature on forms, and much more. You can view more than one child via one account too.

Payments processed by Parentmail will show as IRIS PLUS PAY on your bank account and/or statement

System Requirements - iOS and Android

Parentmail can normally be accessed via any modern web browser but there are some restrictions linked to older devices.

As of September 2026, only iOS devices running 18 and above are supported. For Android it's version 15 and above.

Users with older or unsupported devices may need to access Parentmail via the web version by using the Google Chrome app on their device instead of their usual web browser. For more information visit the Parentmail System Requirements page: System Requirements - IRIS ParentMail - Help topic
