Email

If you have a GTS teacher laptop you can use Outlook 2010 to access your emails outside of school. Providing you have an internet connection simply launch Outlook, at the login prompt type GTS\username and your usual school password. You will then connect to exchange, the status can be checked in the lower right corner of the window.

Webmail Access Instructions

Step 1

Click here to access the mail server, or you can use the Email shortcut from within the Resources menu at any time. Please note you will need to accept the certificate when prompted, the certificate is safe so ignore the statement that it is not.

Step 2

You will presented with a login box. You will need to enter your usual network login details.

The email page will now open with a similar layout to Outlook. From here you can read and send mail as if you were in school.

Logout

To logout all you need to do is close ALL internet explorer windows. Even if you leave one unassociated window open (i.e. google) then another user can go back to Webmail as you and access your personal areas. PLEASE ensure you logout correctly.
