Great Torrington School awarded 'Leading Edge' status

In May 2016, as a result of being recognised as a high-performing school, Great Torrington School was has awarded the status as a 'Leading Edge' school.  Leading Edge supports schools in working in partnership to raise achievement, develop innovative practice and share practical strategies within and beyond the network. 

SSAT's Chief Executive Sue Williamson said:

"We are delighted to welcome Great Torrington School to our Leading Edge network. It is a credit to the hard work of all of their staff that they have been recognised as high-performing and we look forward to working with them." 

Tracey Amos, Headteacher of Great Torrington School said:
