Visit from the RNLI

Posted on: 09/06/2015

Recently, Year 10 had a visit from the RNLI who talked to us all about staying safe in the water and, in particular, to educate students about rip currents.  It was a very informative talk and hopefully our pupils will remember what they have learnt when they are enjoying our beautiful coastline this summer!

For more information take a look at the RNLI page for some advice on how you can spot a rip current and what to do if you get caught in a rip:  http://rnli.org/safety/respect-the-water/Pages/respect-the-water-old.aspx
