Guided Choices 2016 - Year 9 - page 8

A few things to remember when making your choices:
It is
your
decision! Do not make decisions based on the subjects your
friends take in the hope you will stay in the same classes.
Speak to others for advice and listen carefully to what they have to say.
You want to speak to:
Parents
Older brothers and sisters
Subject teachers
Form tutors
Mrs Peters
Heads of Learning
Older pupils in your tutor groups
We do not select the groups on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. This
means that you shouldn’t rush to give your form in the day after you
receive it! Take some time to consider what you want to do. BUT, if you
do miss the 4th March deadline we cannot guarantee you your options.
Think about the subjects you enjoy in school already:
What makes them enjoyable?
